Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Original Point. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Production Time

All products at Original Point are custom-made and produced only after the customer’s design/details are submitted and approved.

We work without stock. Production will only begin after:

  • The order is placed and paid
  • The customer confirms and approves the final design/details

Once approval is received, the estimated production time is 3–6 business days

Delays in approval will automatically delay production and shipping. We are not responsible for longer processing times caused by late approval or missing information from the customer.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, including but not limited to:

  • Netherlands
  • Portugal
  • Germany
  • France
  • Spain
  • Italy
  • Belgium
  • Austria
  • Sweden
  • Denmark

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after production is completed:

Netherlands: [1–2 business days]

Europe: [3–7 business days]

International (outside EU): [7–15 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
  Weather conditions
  Customs delays
  Carrier disruptions
  Peak periods (holidays)

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
