At Original Point, all products are made to order and customised specifically for you.
Because of the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has started.
No return or cancellation for personalised products
Once your order has been confirmed and production has started, it is final and non-refundable.
Please make sure all information provided for customisation is correct before completing your purchase.
Exceptions – Defective or incorrect items
We will offer a replacement or refund only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The item received is different from what was ordered
